Sharp steel edges
A problem that often occurs after cutting/handling steel.
Having sharp steel edges on handles and railings can create dangerous situations in the workplace.
Our grinding tools only take a few seconds to grind down and remove sharp steel edges.
Rounding of sharp steel edges
Sharp edges should be rounded to a radius of 2-3 mm. This prevents the surface coating from pulling away from the sharp edges during drying. The coating often becomes thinner in edge areas, where corrosion starts earlier than in other areas. Sharp steel edges, corners, and penetrations must therefore be rounded.
