Probable causes:
Solvents or air entrapment in the paint film. A common problem with porous coating substrates such as zinc-filled primers, zinc silicates, and metal-sprayed coatings. Pinholes can also be caused by incorrect spray application or incorrect solvent mixture.
Effective treatment of paint pinholes
Pinholes are often small and penetrating holes in paint. We recommend using rotating grinding files A-0001 Slim and A-0003 Straight Cone for optimal treatment.
