Introduction to the grinding disc

A-0500 – Grinding disc for paint is the only Ex certified grinding disc of its kind, the grinding disc is made up of 95% wolfram carbide. The hardness reaches 9,7 on the rockwell scale. The disc is certified safe to use in ATEX gas zone 1 and 2 and ATEX dust zone 21 and 22. Stop the need for time consuming risk analysis and cost bound to shutdowns, fire guards, Hot Work permit, habitats and demanding clean-up work.
